This information page aims to give an overview of Therapieland’s platform and services, which have been live in the Netherlands since 2012. Currently our platform, as well as 21 of our online programmes, are offered in English, and we are working hard to get the rest of the English product ready for use.
Who are we?
Therapieland is a secure and user-friendly e-Mental health platform with a wide range of online psychological programmes, questionnaires and video calling and messaging functionalities. Healthcare professionals use the platform to provide digitally-enabled therapy to their patients alongside their face-to-face therapy. Therapieland is one of the market leaders in e-Health in the Netherlands and is used by many GPs, mental health institutions and hospitals. At this moment 21 of our psychological programmes are offered in English. We are working hard to translate more of our programmes.
What is e-mental Health?
The term electronic mental health (e-mental health) refers to the use of internet based technologies to deliver psycho education, mental health services and support. By using the latest information and communication technologies, patients can work on their mental health between therapy sessions (blended care) or on their own (selfhelp).

Online programmes
We offer a wide range of online programmes that consist of various steps through which the patient can work on their Psychological complaints with the help of accompanying videos, assignments and practical examples.
Questionnaires
Our range of questionnaires is diverse. It contains questionnaires that can be used for diagnostics, screening or routine outcome monitoring (ROM). all questionnaires can be filled in, interpreted and sent online.
Video conferencing
At Therapieland we believe that video calling is an essential part of e-Health. By using video conferencing that is designed for healthcare, healthcare service providers can easily, safely and securely hold a session at a distance.
Virtual Reality
Therapieland offers different VR programs for healthcare. The use of VR in healthcare makes it possible for patients to practise using new skills in challenging situations within the safety of the therapy practice.
