Vervolgens volgen er acht inhoudelijke sessies: voor elke week \u00e9\u00e9n. Als eerste wordt de ademhaling besproken, vervolgens is er aandacht voor het lichaam, loopmeditatie, gedachten, gevoelens uiten, geluiden en tot slot aandacht voor jezelf. Bij de laatste stap in de afsluiting vindt de jongere alle meditaties op een rij en kan de jongere als nameting weer de vragenlijst over mindfulness invullen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Voor wie is dit programma geschikt?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit programma is bedoeld voor jongeren tussen de 12 en 16 jaar die baat kunnen hebben bij mindfulness.
