Het maakt niet uit welke specifieke fobie, het programma is geschikt voor verschillende soorten. Er wordt veel informatie gegeven over angst, het alarmsysteem, vluchtgedrag en gedachten. Naast informatie gaat iemand zelf ook aan de slag, iemand gaat met behulp van een angsthi\u00ebrarchie zichzelf steeds meer blootstellen aan de angst.
