Met behulp van opdrachten wordt de inhoud van het programma vertaalt naar de persoonlijke situatie. Zo leert degene die dit programma volgt zichzelf beter begrijpen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><b>Voor wie is dit programma geschikt?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het programma is ontwikkeld voor volwassenen en adolescenten die beter willen leren omgaan met ADHD-klachten.
