Bovendien ontbreekt het vaak aan duidelijke informatie. Zowel voor de cli\u00ebnt als de arts kan het een zoektocht zijn wat nou de beste aanpak is. Dit programma biedt toegankelijke en eenduidige informatie over afbouwen. Als arts blijft je betrokken in het proces, maar de cli\u00ebnt kan daarnaast een hoop zelf doen. Het programma start voorafgaand aan het afbouwen en loopt verder gelijk met het gehele afbouwproces. De cli\u00ebnt start zo voorbereid en gemotiveerd met de afbouw, en ontvangt hulp en ondersteuning tijdens het afbouwen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"program__name\"><strong>Voor wie is dit programma geschikt?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit programma is bedoeld als ondersteuning voor volwassenen voorafgaand en tijdens het afbouwen van antidepressiva. Het programma is zo geschreven dat deze voor verschillende problematieken waarvoor men tot antidepressiva kan zijn gestapt toepasbaar is (o.a. depressie, dwang- en angststoornis).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"program__title-wrapper\">\n<h4><strong>Hoe zet je het programma in?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Afbouwen antidepressiva is alleen blended in te zetten in samenspraak met de behandelaar.<\/li>\n<li>Het maken en opstellen van een afbouwplan valt buiten dit programma en ligt geheel bij de behandelaar, uiteraard in samenspraak met de cli\u00ebnt.<\/li>\n<li>Het programma dient voorafgaand het afbouwproces te worden ingezet.<\/li>\n<li>Het daadwerkelijke afbouwen van de cli\u00ebnt gaat altijd in samenspraak met de behandelaar.<\/li>\n<li>Het is belangrijk dat de cli\u00ebnt op zijn of haar eigen tempo het programma kan volgen.<\/li>\n<li>Bespreek de gemaakte opdrachten. Dit werkt namelijk motiverend. Uit eerdere feedback die wij hebben ontvangen, blijkt dat mensen het lastig vinden om\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/therapieland.nl\/staging\/programmas\/cognitieve-gedragstherapie\/g-schema\/\">gedachtenschema\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0in te vullen.
