Het hele gezin thuis – corona<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Het programma \u2018Het hele gezin thuis – corona\u2019 kan ouders van kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd ondersteunen in deze lastige tijd. Het programma biedt handvatten voor ouders die naast ouder ook leerkracht moet zijn \u00e9n zelf aan het werk zijn en toch proberen alle ballen in de lucht te houden. Ouders krijgen informatie, tips en een aantal handige oefeningen, gericht op het aanbrengen van regelmaat en structuur, het omgaan met heftige emoties en het gezellig houden in huis. Echter is het programma ook gericht op het eigen welzijn. Het draait niet alleen om goed voor het kind te zorgen, maar ook om goed voor zichzelf zorgen. <\/span>Ouders kunnen dit programma zelfstandig doorlopen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
