Mentale revalidatie na corona<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Het programma \u2018Mentale revalidatie na corona – Sociale omgeving\u2019 kan de sociale omgeving van ex-coronapati\u00ebnten ondersteunen bij een gezonde verwerking. Het programma biedt handvatten bij het ondersteunen van iemand tijdens het herstel van corona. Je krijgt informatie, tips en handige oefeningen die jou kunnen helpen de ander beter te steunen in de periode. Echter is het programma ook gericht op het eigen welzijn. Een ziekenhuisopname is niet alleen een heftige gebeurtenis voor de pati\u00ebnt, maar ook voor de omgeving. Vooral in de tijd van het ziek-zijn is het een groot gemis om minder contact te hebben met elkaar. Daarbij is het coronavirus een redelijk onbekende ziekte en brengt het veel vraagtekens en zorgen met zich mee, ook voor de sociale omgeving. Na het meemaken van deze heftige periode is het belangrijk dat je de ervaringen op een goede manier verwerkt en er op een gezonde manier mee leert omgaan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dit programma is bedoeld voor de sociale omgeving van ex-coronapati\u00ebnten. Deze pati\u00ebnten kunnen opgenomen zijn in het ziekenhuis, maar het is ook geschikt voor iemand met een dierbare die thuis forse klachten heeft ervaren.<\/span><\/p>\n
