Daarnaast heeft mindfulness betrekking op het accepteren van dat wat er is en het opmerkzaam zijn zonder te oordelen. Mindfulness is voor iedereen geschikt.<\/p>\n<p>Het programma is opgedeeld in zes sessies, e\u0301e\u0301n voor elke week. Ten eerste wordt de automatische piloot besproken, vervolgens de ademhaling, gedachten, gevoelens, geluiden en aandacht voor jezelf. Elke sessie wordt begeleid met informatie, meditaties en oefeningen voor het dagelijks leven. Bij de laatste stap in de afsluiting vind je alle meditaties op een rij.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"program__column\">\n<h4><strong>Voor wie?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Dit programma is voor iedereen geschikt, en met name voor mensen die meer mindful in het leven willen staan.
