In het programma krijg je informatie en praktische tips, en ga je zelf onderzoeken onderzoeken welke dingen jij kunt veranderen zodat je beter slaapt en je je daardoor ook beter voelt.<\/p>\n<p>Het programma \u2018Slaap &amp; Shifts\u2019 is gemaakt in samenwerking met ervaringsdeskundigen en slaapexperts. Het programma begint met het registreren van je vermoeidheid en je slaappatronen. Vervolgens kun je zelf kiezen uit twee onderdelen: een theoretisch gedeelte, waarin je uitleg en informatie krijgt over slapen in combinatie met onregelmatige werktijden.
