De rest van het programma is opgebouwd uit drie sessies. In de eerste sessie ga je onderzoeken hoe jij anderen behandelt, ga je aan de slag met zelfcompassie en ademhalingsoefeningen en krijg je verschillende meditaties. In sessie twee oefen je onder andere met een rollenspel, doe je een compassie-meditatie en verminder je je kritische stem. In de derde sessie is er aandacht voor meer meditaties en leer je goed voor jezelf te zorgen en jezelf te motiveren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"program__column\">\n<h4><strong>Voor wie?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Omdat zelfcompassie eigenlijk een basisvaardigheid is in het leven, is dit een programma dat voor iedereen geschikt is.
