Ze onderzoeken hoe zij AD(H)D ervaren en krijgen verschillende handvatten aangereikt die kunnen helpen om beter met uitdagingen om te gaan. Het programma bestaat uit informatieve video&#8217;s en inzichtgevende opdrachten. Ook wordt ieder onderwerp besproken door twee jongeren die zelf ADHD hebben.
