Naast dit onderdeel zijn er nog vijf andere onderdelen binnen ACT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In dit programma leert iemand wat hij of zij belangrijk vindt, ook wel waarden genoemd. Daarnaast brengt iemand deze waarden in kaart met behulp van verschillende technieken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Voor wie is dit programma geschikt?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het programma is geschikt voor hen die niet goed weten wat ze belangrijk vinden in het leven.
