ACT – Toegewijde actie<\/strong><\/h4>\n

ACT – Toegewijde actie is een kort programma dat zich richt op het onderdeel \u2018Toegewijde actie\u2019 van <\/span>Acceptance <\/span><\/i>en <\/span>Commitment Therapy <\/span><\/i>(ACT). Naast dit onderdeel zijn er nog vijf andere onderdelen binnen ACT. In dit programma gaat iemand aan de slag met waardegericht handelen, ook wel \u2018toegewijde actie\u2019 genoemd. Er komen verschillende methodieken aan bod die het makkelijker kunnen maken om naar eigen waarden te leven en dit vol te houden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voor wie is dit programma geschikt?<\/b><\/h4>\n

Het programma is geschikt voor hen die weten wat hun waarden zijn, maar daadwerkelijk willen leren handelen naar hun waarden. Het kan helpen bij verschillende soorten klachten, bijvoorbeeld depressie, angst, dwang, chronische pijn, bepaalde levensvragen, algemene welzijnsverhoging, hulp na een psychose.<\/span><\/p>\n
