Vragen over waarom en of het te voorkomen was, spelen wellicht in je hoofd. Mogelijk vraag je je af hoe je het leven weer op kunt pakken of hoe en met wie je erover kunt praten. Rouwen is een natuurlijke reactie op je verlies en iedereen rouwt op zijn eigen tempo en manier. In dit programma ga je hiermee aan de slag.<\/p>\n<p>In dit programma krijg je inzicht in hoe jouw gedachten, gevoelens en gedrag een rol spelen in jouw rouwproces.
