Emoties die fijn zijn, zoals blijdschap, maar ook vervelende emoties, zoals boosheid. Wanneer je deze emoties onder controle hebt, zijn ze waardevol. Maar op sommige momenten is het niet duidelijk wat je voelt, ervaar je meer onrust in je lichaam en weet je niet wat je er mee moet doen.<\/p>\n<p>Van emotieproblemen spreek je wanneer jij last ervaart van de emoties die je voelt of van de manier waarop jij ze uit. Het kan zijn dat je het moeilijk vind om emoties te ervaren; je bent bijvoorbeeld bang geworden voor verdriet en doet er alles aan om te voorkomen dat je je nooit verdrietig gaat voelen.
