We zoomen in op de zender, de boodschap en de ontvanger. Daarnaast ga je ook in de praktijk aan de slag. Je leert bijvoorbeeld hoe je grenzen aangeeft en nee kunt zeggen, hoe je hulp vraagt of aanneemt en hoe je het beste handelt in het geval van ruzie.<\/p>\n<p>In de eerste sessie van dit programma krijg je uitleg over communicatie. We gaan daarbij ook dieper in op de manier waarop jij communiceert. Vervolgens staan we stil bij de boodschap: op welke manieren kun je een boodschap overbrengen? In de sessie daarna wordt er ingezoomd op het ontvangen van informatie en welke factoren invloed hebben op de ontvanger.
