Het programma start met psycho-educatie over stress. Daarna kan iemand een vragenlijst invullen die de mate van stress in beeld brengt. Vervolgens is er aandacht voor positiviteit en stressveroorzakers. Als dit is afgerond is kan iemand een keuze maken tussen vier verschillende gebieden om de factoren en klachten aan te pakken: zorg voor jezelf, sociale omgeving, druktemanagement en leren ontspannen. Alle vier de sessies kunnen doorlopen worden, maar er kan ook voor \u00e9\u00e9n of meerdere sessies gekozen worden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Voor wie is dit programma geschikt?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit programma is bedoeld voor volwassenen met stressklachten. Dit programma kan preventief ingezet worden, dus om te voorkomen dat de klachten verergeren.
