Er zijn veel zorgen over de hoge werkdruk, gezondheid van pati\u00ebnten en die van de mensen om hen heen.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat het belangrijk is dat de zorgprofessionals er voor hun pati\u00ebnten zijn, is het van groot belang dat zij goed voor zichzelf blijven zorgen en fit en veerkrachtig blijven. Per thema krijgt de zorgprofessionals verschillende concrete tools die hen hierbij kunnen helpen. Er wordt in het programma aandacht besteed aan piekeren, stress, slaap, emoties, communicatie en verwerking van de situatie. Zorgprofessionals kunnen kiezen met welk(e) thema(\u2018s) zij aan de slag willen en kunnen dit programma zelfstandig doorlopen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i>Het programma is gratis te volgen voor iedereen.
