Ook het inzetten van e-Health biedt andere mogelijkheden.<\/span> <\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p2\">Om jullie hiervan op de hoogte te brengen hebben wij de volgende \u2018incentives\u2019 uitgewerkt, onder andere op basis van input van het Zorgprestatiemodel zelf en de NZa.
